壯藥赪桐的化學(xué)成分研究
摘要: 采用硅膠、SephadexLH-20、ODS和制備型HPLC等色譜分離技術(shù)對(duì)赪桐Clerodendrumjaponicum的乙醇提取物的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分離純化,并運(yùn)用理化性質(zhì)結(jié)合現(xiàn)代波譜解析技術(shù)(ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。共分離得到16個(gè)單體化合物及1對(duì)差向異構(gòu)體,分別鑒定為7α-hydroxysyringaresinol(1),(–)-syringaresinol(2),(–)-medioresinol(3),2″,3″-O-Acetylmartyonside(4),2″-O-Acetylmartyonside(5),martinoside(6),monoacetylmartinoside(7),cytochalasinO(8),9-epi-blumenolB(9),(6R,9S)和(6R,9R)-9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one(10a,10b),(6R,9S)-3-oxo-α-ionol(11),(–)-dehydrovomifoliol(12),megastigm-5-en-3,9-diol(13),(3R,6E,10S)-2,6,10-trimethyl-3-hydroxydodeca-6,11-diene-2,10-diol(14),(2R)-butylitaconicacid(15),3-(3-hydroxybutyl)-2,4,4-trimethylcyclohexa-2,5-dienone(16),(–)-loliolide(17)?;衔镱愋蜕婕拜祁?、木脂素、苯乙醇苷和生物堿,其中化合物1,15為新的天然產(chǎn)物。除了化合物4,6,7外,其它化合物均為首次從赪桐中分離得到。 ...
