HPLC法測定癸酸氟哌啶醇有關(guān)物質(zhì)

摘要: 目的:建立高效液相色譜法分離測定癸酸氟哌啶醇及其有關(guān)物質(zhì)。方法:采用HypersilGOLDC18色譜柱(150mm×4.6mm,3μm),柱溫35℃,流動相為17g·L-1四丁基硫酸氫銨溶液-乙腈,進行梯度洗脫,流速1.5mL·min~(-1),檢測波長230nm。結(jié)果:癸酸氟哌啶醇與各已知雜質(zhì)及強制破壞產(chǎn)生的降解產(chǎn)物均分離良好;雜質(zhì)A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,G,K和L在各自的線性范圍內(nèi)質(zhì)量濃度與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r>0.9950,n=5),且校正因子均在0.9~1.1的范圍內(nèi);上述雜質(zhì)的平均回收率(n=9)分別為108.1%,104.0%,108.3%,101.2%,108.1%,98.2%,102.2%,93.5%,105.3%,96.7%,113.3%和100.3%,RSD分別為2.82%,3.22%,2.30%,5.28%,1.30%,4.54%,7.26%,8.01%,2.76%,2.98%,1.87%和6.71%;精密度試驗RSD分別為0.40%,0.55%,0.44%,0.71%,0.60%,0.57%,0.48%,0.47%,0.50%,0.47%,0.57%和0.62%。結(jié)論:本方法靈敏快速、準確、可靠,專屬性強,可用于癸酸氟哌啶醇的雜質(zhì)檢查。 ...
